Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of slotrave777.com ("the Site"), operated by TechSolutions Group N.V., a company registered in Curaçao ("the Company," "we," "us"). By registering an account or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
To register and use the Site, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher)
- Be a resident of a country where online gambling is legally permitted
- Not be a resident of a restricted jurisdiction listed in Section 2
- Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of TechSolutions Group N.V. or any affiliated company
- Have only one registered account on the Site
By registering, you declare that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Any account opened with false information may be closed without notice and any funds held on the account may be forfeited.
2. Restricted Jurisdictions
The Site does not accept players from the following jurisdictions. This list may change without prior notice — check the current T&C or contact support for the latest list:
United States of America, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Malta, France, Spain, Australia (some states), Turkey, Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, and any country subject to international sanctions by FATF or relevant international bodies. Players from restricted jurisdictions who attempt to circumvent these restrictions by using VPNs or proxy services will have their accounts closed and any winnings forfeited.
3. Account Registration and Security
One account per person, household, IP address, and payment method is permitted. Opening multiple accounts is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity carried out through your account. Report any unauthorised access to your account to the support team immediately.
The Company reserves the right to verify your identity at any point. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.
4. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. You must submit:
- A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national identity card, or driving licence)
- A proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
- Additional documents may be requested for withdrawals above certain thresholds or where AML checks are triggered
Documents are reviewed within 48 hours. The Company complies with Curaçao GCB AML requirements and may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities. Funds identified as the proceeds of money laundering or fraud will be frozen and reported.
5. Deposits
The minimum deposit is €10 (or currency equivalent). Deposits are processed via the methods listed in the Cashier section and are subject to the limits displayed at the time of the transaction.
All deposited funds carry a x3 playthrough requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal, regardless of whether a bonus is active. Cryptocurrency deposits via CoinsPaid are not subject to the standard deposit cap — limits applicable to crypto transactions may differ from fiat methods.
The Company does not charge fees on deposits. Third-party fees charged by your payment provider are outside the Company's control. Deposits made by credit card may be treated as a cash advance by your bank — consult your card issuer before depositing.
6. Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal is €10. Maximum withdrawal limits are €4,000 per day, €16,000 per week, and €50,000 per calendar month. VIP players may request higher limits by contacting support.
The finance team processes withdrawal requests within up to 3 business days. Processing by the payment provider adds a further 1–5 business days depending on the method.
Withdrawals are only paid to accounts and methods in the player's name. If a withdrawal amount exceeds the limit of a single method, it will be paid in instalments. Card withdrawals are returned to the depositing card first up to the deposited amount; any excess is paid via an alternative method.
7. Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses are subject to a 40x wagering requirement on the bonus amount only unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Key bonus terms:
- One active bonus per account at any time
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering is complete
- Maximum bet while a bonus is active: as stated in the individual promotion terms
- Games may contribute to wagering at different rates — slots typically at 100%, live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or zero
- Winnings from free spins carry the same 40x wagering requirement
- The Company reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice
- Bonus abuse, including but not limited to using multiple accounts or exploiting bonus terms, will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonus winnings
8. Game Fairness
All games on the Site use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that each outcome is independent and unpredictable. RTP (Return to Player) values are theoretical long-run figures and do not guarantee specific results in any individual session. The Company does not manipulate game outcomes and is audited by independent testing bodies as required under its Curaçao GCB licence.
9. Responsible Gaming

Players who believe they have a gambling problem are encouraged to self-exclude and contact an external support organisation. Gambling with borrowed money, to recover losses, or as a source of income is not encouraged and may indicate a problem.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, software, logos, and game content — is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Site without prior written consent from the Company.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided on an "as is" basis. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for technical failures, service interruptions, or errors beyond its reasonable control.
The Company's total liability to any player in any calendar month shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the same month. This limitation does not affect statutory rights where applicable law prevents such restriction.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao, unless applicable mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
